Besides having far greater name recognition (which few OL have, and name recognition correlates with dollars) the star QB typically has a far greater impact on the game than any individual OL.

That still seems kinda crummy to me. Star QB gets a full ride and big NIL $$. Offensive tackle that almost nobody knows maybe gets some scholarship money. OT is actually more likely to stay long enough to graduate.

A couple of other developments announced by the Flying T Club last night at their annual party:

1. They've entered into an exclusive contract with TCU Athletics to license the Flying T logo going forward. Soon to launch an apparel line that will benefit TCU student-athletes.
2. Donations to the Flying T Club, already tax-deductible, will now also contribute to donors' priority points.
